Since you move differently in bed during the different phases, Sleep Cycle uses the accelerometer in your iPhone to monitor your movement to determine which sleep phase you are in.
The sleep cycle app is a must have if you are someone who likes there sleep. There’s nothing worse when you are in a deep sleep and your alarm goes off! I was always pressing the “more sleep” button on my alarm clock because I didn’t feel ready to wake up but since having this app I have found it is waking me at the most convienient times.
I love the fact that you can see what your sleep pattern is by simply logging in to the application and selecting the relevant option. Its easy to use and a well worth purchase!
