It has finally arrived! I woke up this morning to find a painfully long wait had come to an end when I found out that Heavy Rain, the much talked about and anticipated PS3 exclusive title, had arrived on my doorstep. The Special Edition of the game is only available in Europe and exclusively from HMV, and I pre-ordered my copy earlier in the week.

In this Special Edition, which unfortunately has been removed from the HMV website now, you recieve:

• A special slip-cover with 3d-bumped rain (this looks extremely sexy!)
• A voucher code that allows you to download a new Episode in the game, months before it is available to the public
• The code allows you to download Heavy Rain’s official soundtrack when it becomes available on March 5th
• The code also allows you to download a Heavy Rain Dynamic Theme for the PS3′s XMB menus
• A piece of origami you have to construct yourself (instructions are given while the game installs)
• A double-sided fold out booklet showing general controls of the game, the games story, character background information and tips about the game.

Not bad at all for a Special Edition that costs only £5 more than the original edition. Check out the pictures below. Now, I’m off to find the origami killer!
